Hi Andreas,
I'd love to know the answer to this, because I'm getting very similar descriptions of this issue from 2 other customers.
I haven't had a chance to grab any of the data logs / diag file, but the description of the problem is very similar.
Regards,
Steven Yan

Hi Andreas,
regarding 1), 3) 4): you may want to double check the Com'X publishing setting format for the CSV file and try a different date format (DD/MM/YYYY versus MM/DD/YYYY).
regarding NSX connection / Export: does your breaker have no BSCM installed? we see similar behaviour when BSCM is missing although we do not understand why this should make a difference.
Regards
Bernhard

Hello Bernhard!
1) Export with TT-MM-YYYY was the solution and I am surprised that the export with NSX is now working.
2) The NSX is installed in the Smart Panel Demo Case without BSCM.
Thanks for your help.
Best regards
Andreas
