Dear Experts,
I have a customer who has a Com´X510 that isn´t exporting historical data. It only allows to export data from the historical trends section.
Another issue about this device is that it can´t carry out periodical publications and manual publication.
The firmware is updated to the latest version.
Please find attached the diagnostics file.

I'm sorry to hear that your customer is experiencing these issues. However, I think this is beyond the scope of the Exchange Community and should be handled by the Customer Care Center.
