Hello,
I am logging flow temperature, return temperature, energy and volume flow to a Com'X200. This data is then published to a server via FTP. Logging is enabled in "Commissioning" as well as in "Device Settings", and I can see the device and all it's values under "Measurements Table". See screenshots:
However, when I check the published .csv file, see attached, volume flow "Water_Volume_Flow_Rate_(m^3/h) is not there. I have tried restarting the Com'X as well as leaving it to log over night before publishing any data. The firmware is up to date.
Any suggestions as to why?
Thanks!!

Dear Schneider Tech Support Folk,
This is now logged as a case (no 42111660) and which I believe has been escalated to L3 in Victoria. I have not received any response other than saying the files cannot be opened.
I am due to hand the system over to my client on Monday, and they will be exceptionally cranky if I tell them one of their Com'Xs are not logging, as well as being rather embarrassed...
Please assist.
Thank you.

Hi,
Can you please do a Manual Export of the data and then save the diagnostic logs for us? It will aid us in this investigation.
Best Regards,
Colton
