I have two separate systems that log data at 30 minute intervals and upload this data to a remote cloud site.
System one is a Com'X200 and system two is a Com'X510.
Since the start of February, the date format of the csv file has changed from MM-DD-YYYY to DD-MM-YYYY.
Why has this happened?

The date format in the CSV export is user configurable. This may have been changed by a local user. Would you confirm that the selected format is the desired format? This setting is on the "Publication Settings" page.

Also, sometimes the software used to view the csv file (Excel, Libre) will change the format to conform to the local settings. To confirm this isn't the case, open the csv file in a plain text editor, such as notepad.

Randi

Hi Randi
I am the only administartor on both systems, blocking visibility of the Settings > Publication Settings to the users. Both systems were configured using the default date format of MM-DD-YYYY when commissioned.
Thanks

Hello again
I have asked my client to send me two csv files, one before and one after the date format change, so I will check the format using Notepad to confirm but as far as I am aware the host software (Excel) has not changed.
Thanks
Iain
