Com'X 510 FW 3.0.7, Send a Mail with User Event

How I can send e-mail (Alarm) depending on a value. I have the Facility Insight option only.

Hi Helmut,

In 3.0.7, you cannot send an email on event. This will be supported in an upcoming release. For more specific information I'll bring in Bobbie Meredith.

Hi Colton,

Just to add to this, it would be nice if there was an event that allowed the Com'X510 to synchronise it's time with the meters. This is currently only available manually through the Control tab.

I ask because in NSW Australia, we have day-light savings time and so the times have to be adjusted twice a year to suit.

Hi Steven,

That is a great suggestion, and we are in line with that thinking as well. The ability to add schedules for controls is on our backlog for future development.
