Com'X 210 Error Code 19

I use com'X 210 log data, meet error code 19. 

what kind of error is this?

Hi,

In the Com'X 210/510, the error code 19 just means an error occured.  It doesn't have a specific meaning.  It may be helpful to check the communication diagnostic table onboard the Com'X to determine the error.  This is located under the Diagnostics tab -> Modbus.  Then select "Device Details".
