COMX510 serial communication option problem

Hello

I am trying to configure the serial communication in a COMX510 but in the "Device Setting" menu, i can't find the option to configure the serial devices, as you can see in the following image. Also try to update the firmware to version 3.5.24 and the option does not appear either.

I have other COMX510, in which this option is available,

Hi Esteban,

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Would it be possible for you to perform a factory reset (please backup your configuration and export your saved data first!), and see if that resolves your issue?
