Hi,
I have recently "added" few A9MEM1573 powertags to PAS600 with 001.002.000 FW.
They were working fine for few days and then I lost readings from these devices.
A9MEM1573 leds indicate "searching for gateway" (blinking orange).
I decided to remove one A9MEM1573 from PAS to see if I can reconnect it again.
It took literally few hours until A9MEM1573 disappeared from PAS panels.
After that I was unable to see this device, I tried disconnecting it from the power supply, no luck.
I even upgraded PAS FW to latest version and tried selective search by RFID, no luck.
The funny thing is I noticed the same occurrence on other PAS devices after adding Acti9 powertags...
Faulty series or something else?
PowerTag ropes and A9MEM1580 wireless devices connected to same PAS devices are working just fine...
Any suggestion is appreciated.

Hi @Oz_Ba ,
Please contact your local tech support with the above information (RFID and SN).
Your products are affected by a known issue.
Please check if you have other PowerTag 63A (A9MEM157x, 156x, 154x, 152x) with same issue. PowerTag 158x and 159x are not affected this is why they are working correctly.

I am not sure where to find date code.
Can serial number or RFid help?
Thanks.
