My point is how Schneider as OEM ensuring the end user about the arc flash compatibility of Schneider designed LV panel when the panel is being manufactured and the enclosure material is being independently procured by Schneider's system partner , i.e actual manufacturer of the panel.
In case of L.V PSC assemblies, our solutions for testing under conditions of arcing due to an internal fault for the claimed performance are unique and differs from our regular standard solutions with respect to the constructional parameters. In case of internal arc compliance requirements, Schneider Electric partners will incorporate these constructional parameter design changes during the execution of the project as per our technical files. Apart from the specific constructional parameters the partners are bound to mandatorily use certain components / subassemblies (Core Components) that are to be compulsorily bought from Schneider Electric factories and has to be incorporated in the assemblies as per the design guidelines to ensure utmost safety and performance.
Moreover, all our partners are being trained by highly qualified SME and quality audited regularly so to ensure that the design is in compliance to our technical files. Hope this answers your queries.
To compliment what my colleague Saravanan is explaining, BlokSeT partners are trained both theoretically in a class room and qualified with actual proto built as per the Technical Transfer File of BlokSeT during induction. Secondly there is a dedicated instruction to be followed to build the panel for Internal arc specification.
Partners are audited periodically on the compliance and also done surprise audit to check for compliance.
As a customer, you can request partner to exhibit the panel complying to Internal arc against Schneider TTF instruction.
