Update!
We have published an updated version of MultiBinder where you may select 'Matching Rules'.
Read about it here : SEAL Script MutiBinder
This means you could use the updated MultiBinder if you can change your object names in the EBO folder so that the names fully matches the End Of the object names in the Honeywell folder (change the "_" after A10 to a "." as shown below: )
And use the new MultiBinder with the Matching Rule:
'Bind object where a To path object ends with From path object name'

Hi Yangbo Liu
Multibinder is built to create bindings between objects with identical object names. In your case there is no 1:1 relation between the object names in the EBO folder and the Honeywell folder.
"A_S_1A10_FS_QK" does not match "Drivers.BacnetNetwork.ZM_QK.F1M_A_S_1A10.FS_QK"
Even when using the CSV file You specify folder paths for the From and To, and it still only creates bindings where you have a 1:1 relationship between the Object names in those paths.
You can not specify the individual objects as such when using the CSV.
In your case I would have looked at the SpreadsheetBinder script instead, in that you can specify individual objects without name matchings.
Attached is a CSV file for your use-case using SpreadsheetBinder.
