Saknade mallar i Seal-programmet – hur får jag tillgång till samtliga?

Hej,

Jag saknar vissa mallar i mitt Seal-program. När jag deltog i en utbildning hos Schneider fick vi tillgång till en webbaserad version av Seal via en länk. I den versionen fanns exempelvis mallar för IV- och Segon-aggregat, vilket däremot saknas i min installerade Seal-app (version 1.14) på datorn.

Hur kan jag få tillgång till samtliga mallar som finns tillgängliga i Seal? skulle tro att det finns ytterligare mallar vi kan ha nytta av.

Hej Amjad,

De IV och Swegon EBO-mallar du söker finns inte och har aldrig funnits som mallar i Seal. Det du såg, och som fortfarande finns i den webbaserade versionen av Seal via https://ecostruxure-seal.se.app, innehåller endast föreskrivande underlag. Dessa är avsedda att hjälpa till med att föreskriva att IV och/eller Swegon-aggregat ska kopplas upp mot EBO.

Seal på webben är specifikt utformad för föreskrivande konsulter och/eller slutkunder och kan inte generera material som ska laddas ner till EBO. Detta skiljer sig från vår Desktop-klient, där huvudfokuset är just nedladdningsbart material till EBO. Det finns visst material som endast är tillgängligt på webben och annat som endast är tillgängligt i Desktop-klienten, även om innehållet till 95% är exakt samma på båda plattformarna. Dessa två bibliotek kan endast generera konsultunderlag och är därför endast relevanta och tillgängliga i webbversionen.

i just tried Seal via that link and was excited to see the Bookshelf but its empty.  Besides that Design was the only other thing there and looks to be about the same.

Hi Justin,

The SEAL web is primarily for countries that have the SEAL Design Functionality in their portfolio. SEAL, in general, is a Nordic initiative that we are now opening up to the rest of the world. For a country to deliver SEAL Design as a functionality, it requires an organizational setup for creating country-specific libraries. Currently, it is mainly the Nordic countries that have this setup, although some other countries have been showing interest.

SEAL Web is intended for countries that have the standards available through SEAL Design, allowing customers and prescribers to generate prescriptions based on these standards. The Bookshelf utility is for sharing other prescription documents with customers and prescribers. These documents are not directly tied to a specific application but still rely on the country standard.

Therefore, for any user outside the Nordics, SEAL web is not a portal that would provide much value.
