Regarding the Script Utility in SEAL, there are some videos about what it is and what it does here on the community. Have you found them? There are also detailed descriptions for some of the more advanced standard scripts released.

Regarding the ability to create custom scripts, this feature is currently not open for everyone. We are looking into how to make that feature available to a broader public.
