Login Issues with SEAL

We have several external users reporting issues logging into SEAL. We are putting all our effort into investigating the cause to understand what has happened. We have been able to reproduce the issue by using an external email account, and the issue seems to lie in the IDMS login portal. We are working to get it resolved by the global team responsible for the portal. We will keep you updated.

Update
A temporary workaround has now been applied from our side that seems to resolve the immediate issue for external users being locked out. The root cause is still to be determined. If anyone is still having issues logging in to SEAL, please send a message.
