Hi Anawat,
We've recently migrated SEAL to a fully automated solution, where access is automatically provided to users based on their partner status. All EcoXpert's being Registered, Certified or Master automatically gets access.

If you're an EcoXpert and unable to access the system, it's most likely due to an issue with the status on your Schneider account. Please contact your Schneider Electric account manager to review and update your information.

Once your account details are correctly updated, access to SEAL will be granted automatically

Hi @StefanLundin ,

Not a question for me personally, but is there a way for EcoXpert's to see that status you're talking about?

Regards,

Eli

Hi @Eli
Sorry but no - we actually don’t know if EcoXperts can view their own status somewhere in the system. Since we’re not involved in the account management as such, we don’t have visibility into that part.

Best would be to check with an account manager.

@StefanLundin

Stefan,

We are a Master level partner, and it seems to be "hit or miss" on whether our programmers have access to this tool.

The name of our company is Paape Companies based in Minnesota.

Specifically,

jgarland@paape.com

bradyh@paape.com

jonash@paape.com

jamesm@paape.com

shaunb@paape.com

thayned@paape.com

pranayt@paape.com

Would all like access.  Is this something you can do?  Or can you direct me to the proper place to make this happen?

Thanks!

Hi @arlena - there's various reasons, but all leads back to data. While it's a big upside that we realy 100% on automated processes and the backend data, it also means it breaks when data is not correct.

To take the two first contacts here as example:

jgarland@paape.com - this user does not seem to have ever logged in to e.g. mySchneider and linked their profile with the Paape Energy Services company. That basically means the user is unknown. The first time the user tries to log in, the user should make sure their profile is set up correctly with e.g. mySchneider.

bradyh@paape.com - this user does exist, but is not linked to the main Paape company, but rather a Paape account created in error (I assume). There is only 4 users linked to this account.

For accounts which are incorrectly linked, they need to get with you Schneider Electric representative.

jamesm@paape.com - I checked this account, and it actually seems to be registered and set up correctly. Has this user tried to log in?

Benji,

Thank you for the help.  You mentioned that there were 4 people linked to a different Paape account. Can you tell me what 4 people they are, and I will get our rep on it.

I'm thinking at this point, only those 4 people are the problem now.

I think they are:

jonash@paape.com

pranayt@paape.com

bradyh@paape.com

mikeb@paape.com

Thanks Again!

I've sent you a DM - I can see it's actually 2 accounts, with 4 contacts on one, and 5 contacts on the other.

But yes, it seems related to that.
