SEAL v.1.13.1
When I try to open the attached files I get the following error and the files are not loaded.
Any idea what is wrong with the files and why they can't be opened?
I have tried saving the files in older dwg format, but that did not help.

I downgraded the DWG files to 2000-format and they open just fine
