Bug SEAL script right click paste

Bug i have in SEAL 1.13.1.0:

Right clicking and pressing "Paste" doesnt work. (Right clicking and "Copy" does work tho, if u paste it with CTRL + V after).

I believe it has worked before but not 100 % sure, and in that case i dont know when it stopped working.

FYI: The fix will be included in upcoming SEAL 1.15 (you will be asked to allow access to the clipboard)

This fix was dependant on the Webview2 update, which was rolled back for the 1.15 release (certificate issue). In 1.16+ it's fixed
