Hello,
As per my understanding, the 'touching circuits" means the number of circuits that are installed on the same tray, except the circuit in discussion. I mean: if you have 3 different circuits on the same tray, each is touching with another 2.
For the circuit from the transformer to the main distribution board, I consider one circuit (with no neighbors), regardless the number of cables/phase is. Actually it is supposed I do not know until the calculation.
Still, I got two different results when I choose: "touching circuit" and "alone" for the example below, so, I think something is missing for me. Can yo see a little bit, please?

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
We understood the scenario that you are trying to explain for the "Reference Methods D1&D2."
We have also analyzed the IEC standard, and we do not find any regulation under the term Alone.
So we accept it as an issue in the software.
We will be working on this particular issue to remove the word "alone" from the "layout of touching circuits."
Thanks & Regards,
Karthikeyan.P
