I have had this problem before but cannot understand what is causing it, when it does not update and it makes me doubt the calculations.
Can someone help me identify the cause for this please.

You need to always keep the source voltage as a 3phase voltage. and the first switchboard also should be considered a 3Ph switchboard. The connected interconnection on the first switchboard can be made as a single-phase connection. After that, you can design your entire network as a single-phase connection using the polarity selection under each bus-bar level.
By doing so you will automatically be sized with the single-phase voltage of the 3Ph voltage you kept it on the source.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
In your network, you have used 240V as a 3phase voltage source.
For 240V as a 3Phase voltage, the single-phase voltage value is 130V. For that 130V there is no compatible switch available in Schneider's offer. All the switch offers are having an operating voltage of 220-240V.
If you want to consider 240V as a single-phase voltage for your network then the source voltage should be 415V. Then you can able to size all the devices as expected.
