Hello
Here is the link to download the OLD version, that you are looking for...
As this old version is not used any more; and the country has alreay been requested and moved under the usage of the international version...we will not have further support on this OLD version of the application.
Thanks & Regards,
Ecodial Expert Support.

Hi Mahmoud,
Thanks for the question.
Normally "The given key is not present in the dictionary" - this error message used to come if you try to open the project file which was created on some other country version on International version. Kindly ensure which country version it was created and try to reopen the project file on the same country version software.
Hope this information may help you.
Best Regards,
Ecodial Experts team.

Thanks for your reply
Where can I find different versions of Ecodial ? ; Only international version 4.9.7 available.
When I click "find version" tab in software , open page not included any software
If possible you can share the link of other versions.

Hello,
MESSAGE :
Based on the analysis and comments from the product development team - is that the project files are created from the 'Ecodial 4.8.6 KSA' version of the application (localised version for Saudi Arabia).
So, these project files can not be opened at the INTERNATIONAL version.
NOTE :
Most of the country versions (localized applications) are already decommissioned, and they have started using the INTERNATIONAL version.
SUGGESTION :
If you are extremenly in a need of opening and using these project files; then we may need share with you that OLDER version (4.8.6 KSA) of application.

Hello,
Greetings for the day and thanks for writing to us.
The project files (.eac) created from the country version (localized versions) can only be opened at that specific country version.
It will not be possible to open them at the INT version. Or On the other hand, we do not have a converter mechanism to convert them into a file, which is openable at the INT version.
Thanks & regards,
Ecodial – Expert Support.

Hello,
I have the same problem with a file from 2019. (Belgium)
The link to the older version is not available to me or expired, can you assist me?
Note that I don't need to do any calculations, I would just like to view them.
Kind regards,
Pieter
