Dear Experts,
One of our customer is unable to show the 3D view in DCO and they installed the client on win7. I searched the forum and found that the issue may related to the lack of certain drivers. According to the article, the prerequisite should be: "For 3D view to work, 3D hardware including working drivers are needed". Do you know which specific driver should the customer install in win7? And are there any other reasons could cause this issue?
Many thanks,
Ziqiang

The customer needs to install the appropriate 3D graphics driver according to the specifications of the system.
If the system has Intel graphics: https://downloadcenter.intel.com
If the system has NVIDIA graphics: http://www.geforce.com/drivers
If the system has AMD graphics: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
For some systems, the appropriate driver may be installed via Windows Update.
Try to find out the manufacturer and model of the customer system. Then it should be easy to look up which graphics device is powering the system. Otherwise, http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/video-cards-faq#1TC=windows-7 may help you.
