Hi Darrin,
Almost all of the SNMP supported APC UPS units are covered by the "Smartups" DDF file. There should also be Symmetra PX DDF for that line of units. Other DDFs may end up being used as DCE can use multiple scanner DDFs for each device. For instance, if you have an environmental component added to the NMC, it may use a DDF more specific to that feature.
If you have a specific concern about a specific UPS or sensor, please let us know what you're looking for,
Steve

Good Morning Steve,
Thank you for your quick response, I appreciate it. I have four models that I would like to double check on for DDF support within DCE, and also need to purchase Network Management Cards. Our end goal here is to get them set up on our Network and managed within DCE. Here are the specific models:
SUM1500RMXL2U
SUA3000RMT2U
SMT1500RM2U
SMT1000
I also have researched that the UPS listed above use the APC AP9630 UPS Network Management Card 2, is that correct?
Thank you for your assistance and time,
Darrin

Hi Darrin,
All of those are supported by DCE and the SmartUPS DDF pre-loaded on the DCE system. AP9630 is the newer model Network Management Card (NMC) and is supported on most of our server level UPS units such as the ones you're talking about. The older AP9617/18/19 cards are also supported. Even older cards work for the most part but may have issues but we're talking about 10+ year old network cards. As long as they have Smart-UPS firmware (that's the default if you purchase an NMC outside of the UPS), they should be fine.
Thanks,
Steve.
