what webmin features are mandatory on a tightly controlled OS?

We are not able to have complete root access to the system via webmin so we have to specify what access we need.  Here is our first attempt.  Please advise what's missing.  Note we have SSH and sudo command line access

Hi Ed,

It looks like you have all the Data Center Operation features, but you are missing some of the webmin features.

System is also missing features like system logs and etc. It is also in system you specify network configuration and disk and file systems. Something which also would be good to have access to when configuring the system.

Thanks Jepser, customer will set up and maintain the OS and only wants to give us the necessary webmin access to install, configure and operate DCO. What else from my initial screen shot do we need to ask for given we have ssh/scp access?
