Hello Jef and DCIM support team
I'm trying to update DCO to 8.3.2, but it does not work. The operation is going very well, but at the output the server is still at version 8.2.7.
I looked on the community help site and found that Luis has the same problem. I apply all apply all advices given to him but nothing's changed
Knowing that I have no possibility to install a new server. let me know if you need my logs file.
Do you have a solution, please?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards
(CID:152569832)

Hi Jean-Claude,
Do you know if the DCO server has Internet access? if not, then that's the reason.
Currently upgrade to 8.3.2 requires server being able to access the Internet, otherwise it will not start the upgrade process.
So I guess there might be two options: a) if possible, let the DCO server have Internet access, otherwise b) make a clean installation of 8.3.2 and then restore the latest backup file (from 8.2.7)
Kind regards,
