Hello community,
Our customer's data center has columns inside of data halls. As you can see in the screenshot, I have added columns(with walls) and get the error message "the system cannot compute:Cold aisle is partially blocked"
I have added a generic floor equipment for the columns and it was fine but in 3D view, columns seems like racks and our customer didn't want that. Do I have any other workarounds? What should I do?
Thanks in advance,
(CID:134026138)

Hi Erhan,
I guess you might have used solid walls to model the columns - wondering perhaps changing the wall material to "Mesh" could be used as work-around.
Right click on wall(s) > Properties > Physical and then change the Material to Mesh:
And here is the 3D view of the illustration:
Kind regards
