Hi Rumesh,
Probably the cluster is disconnected, assuming no network issues and the servers are online, it should be possible to go servers webmin interface and check the Status page.
Apparently you might be running an earlier version, I would highly recommend to move/upgrade to Standalone(master)+ DR node.
