Dear Altair Engineering IT Systems,
See the answer to your question in topic Genome library update:
You only need to apply the latest version (it contains the updates).
I.e., you only need to download the latest Genome Library from "Genome library download" (page link may not be shared here!), since it is fully compatible with your DCO-8.1:
