Can you let me know how can this be fixed?

Hi Amine,
How many dry contact cables and devices are connected to the NetBotz 200? Are these connected directly to the appliance or are some of them connected to additional Sensor Pods?
Can you provide the logs from the unit, specifically, the event.txt, config.ini and data.txt.
Our KBase FA156131 shows how to get those logs from the dev ice.
Has it always been like this or did it start happening after you made a hardware or configuration change?
We did have an issue with older firmware, but this was resolved with the version you have. Are you seeing any of the symptoms described in KBase FA158457?
Regards

Hi John,
I have 7 sensor pods connected to the Netbotz 200 via A Link. each one has 4 dry contacts connected to it.
It has always been the case and no config change or hardware has been performed in the last two years.
For the files you request how can I upload them?
Thanks

Hi Amine, You can upload the logs by using the Choose Files button when you reply to my answer. Have you attempted any troubleshooting to try to issue? I mean can you tell if the alarms are coming from a specific sensor pod or specific dry contact cable (I presume you are using the NBES0304 cable)? It may be quicker to contact your local support team to get assistance with any additional troubleshooting. Regards

Since we know which CRAC unit is generating the alarm, we can trace back to the sensor pod and ultimately to the Netbotz 200. an old Automation Panel collects the alarms of all aircos and chillers we have on site and from there we use the NBES0304 dry contacts cable to the sensor pods and Netbotz 200. I'll upload the files as soon as I have them. Last time local support advised we should write to community to get quicker answers 🙂 Thanks

Amine,
Did you configure this by group or by event? I've noticed recently that some settings are duplicated by the two different methods. I would try and edit the settings and disable the alerts through whatever method you did not use to initially configure the email settings. Let me know how that works out.
