i2 controllers firmware - Ecostruxure
Hello,
I have run into some i2 controllers that seem to be stuck in bootloader mode (the version # reads 0). They fail when trying to "download all objects" giving me a BACnet module plugin error (they aren't BACnet controllers so I am lost on that). I would like to flash the firmware to see if I can get them back to normal operating capacity without having to replace the controllers all together, but I can't seem to find out how to flash firmware in Ecostruxure 2.0.4.83. These were all Andover Continuum sites with net controllers before a migration to Schneider AS-P controllers to replace the failing net controllers.

i2 firmware upgrade is not supported in EBO and it's not really a priority since no new i2 firmware has been released in over 10 years.
You can use the ROAM IO service tool to update i2 controllers one at a time. You may need to perform a hard reset on the i2 controller and then upgrade the firmware with ROAM IO.
