how to set up dates for Work orders in dd-mm-yy

[BCH_HN]

i need help to change dates format in our IT Advisor, because the actual format for "required to" is mm-dd-yy, but in our institution we manage format dd-mm-yy instead as in the rest of the system. Please indicate the step by step to set up this format based in our need.

Hello, if I may ask, are you running the ITA desktop client in english language? The date format seen in work-orders does change depending on the language used in the desktop client. For example if I switch my desktop client to use spanish instead of english, the date format in my work-orders changes to DD/MM/YY from MM/DD/YY.
