how to export data points and their mapping

Please provide additional information to exactly what data points and what you are trying to achieve.  It is hard to determine if you are trying to add data points or export data points from the systems.

In this case, you have two ways to solve your task:

1. use StruxureWare Data Center Expert Web Service API (free);
2. buy a separate license AP95MODBUS for DCE software and, as it is written in post Modbus licences "ap95modbus":

The AP95MODBUS license key allows you to read device information from DCE using Modbus. You can have an SNMP or Modbus device being monitored and with that key, you can read up to 247 devices' information from DCE. It does not allow for writing to DCE.

Which method is better - you choose.
