Hello,
I have a room with a 56u racks and now I want to change them to 48u. The racks have servers and other assets into and if I move them to a new 48u racks I loss the power and network connections.
There is any way to do it?

Hi Enric,
Unfortunately that's not supported, per design the "U Positions" for already modeled racks cannot be modified.

There is any workaround to do it? Maybe changing some value in the database ...
We have to change more than 20 racks and it's a big job.

Hi Enric, I understand that it can be time consuming task, but I think re-modeling can be the safe/possible option. I think by looking at the current model/settings, the re-modeling can be faster since you do not need to begin from the beginning. Kind regards
