Hi Waseem,
I think currently registering passcode(s) (for Netbotz or StruxureWare) suppose to be via the DCIM Asset website (at https://dcimassets.schneider-electric.com). However for the time being it seems the site is down for maintenance reasons and not sure when exactly it will be available again. In the mean time, you might want to reach out to Ryan Harriman, he might be able to help you out.
