Hi Mohamed,
The Netbotz appliance can be accessible outside the network after setting up a proxy server and configuring it to allow access over a firewall.
To know more about this, you can refer to page 79 of the Netbotz User's Guide that can be downloaded from the Documents section of this webpage.

Hi Justine,
thanks alot for your reply, what i need is to access NetBotz advanced view , that because i need to adjust email setting because i didn't find option to add NetBotz threshold to default notification policy action, do you have any idea for that

Hi Mohamed,
DCE doesn't alert for HTTP/HTTPS NetBotz appliances. As you've already noted, you must configure the alerts on the NetBotz appliance directly. Using Advanced View is probably the easiest way to do this. You can also use the device configuration menu in DCE and NetBotz Device Configuration to set up the appliances as well.
