Hi Mr. Muro,
In the DCE application go to "Users and Devices Group Access",
Create the new user but don't add them to any existing user group or make them an administrator,
Select the user and go to "Device Group Access",
Double click the device group and assign the required permissions

Hi Muro,
In DCO, log in to web-client,
For managing the user rights:
go to Administration > Users, click on the user (that needs to be modified) and then define the user Global Permissions and Equipment Permissions settings.
For managing group rights:
go to Administration > User Groups, click on the user group (that needs to be modified) and then define its Global Permissions and Equipment Permissions settings.
