Hi Huseyin,
Here's the DCE web services API section of the help center. If you can't find your answer there, I'd suggest contacting your local technical support for assistance.

DCE does not support importing data via API, ETL, or any other means. Instead, it can poll devices via snmp or modbus. If you have another device/software that can take in this data point via an API and expose it as an snmp or modbus point, then it can be discovered by DCE and added in.
Alternatively, you could always create a custom property and put in a static value manually which could be used for reports.
Can you elaborate a little more on why you wanted this data point in DCE? I assume it would be related to calculating energy cost?
As an alternative, you could use another dashboarding/reporting tool that can use both DCE's API and this value via an API and combine them that way.

Hi Huseyin,
Can I ask for a bigger picture of what you're trying to solve here? Bringing non-sensor data into the DCE is very unusual and not how the platform is designed - perhaps if we better understand the problem, we can better suggest a direction.
Thanks
