Hello team,
We have a customer who tried to install trial version of DCE 7.8.1(https://dcimsupport.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016284918-DCE-VM-trial-version-download-l... in their VMware ESXi 6.7.
Even though they installed, In webpage, it is showing "Data Center Expert is starting up. Please wait" for a very long time.
Are DCE supposed to deploy only on VMware ESXi 6.5.0.?
Can you suggest ?

Hello @Pothan,
VMWare ESXi 6.5.0 is just what is used by development. I personally would not correlate this issue to an issue with the "supported" ESXI version as the OS is operational and web server is running.
If this is a freshly deployed system, that has only had the apcsetup information setup (network information / username / password), I would suggest a redeployment of the OVA, ensuring to verify the checksum of the OVA file before deployment.
If the issue is still present after that, I suggest reaching out to the local technical support team to have log files gathered and any other necessary steps taken to determine if there is something going on that would not be related to the VMWare ESXi version.
