downloading the latest version of StructureWare

We're at Struxureware data center 7.9.3 - the latest as I understand it is 8.1.x - how do I get the latest version(s)?

Software updates for Data Center Expert are provided via the EcoStruxure IT Entitlement portal.  If you do not have access or your contracts are not associated within the portal, you can reach out to technical support to get everything set up.

If you need to contact technical support ensure to provide them with the following which can be found within the desktop client under Help > About.

- Serial Number: 

- MAC Address: 

- Software Version: 

Also provide them with a copy of your service contract if you have it available to ensure a quicker response.
