Have been trying for 2 days not to get on to the dcimassets.schneider-electric.com site. All I get is

Hi Andrew,
sorry but that server is down for maintenance. I have no ETA at this time. I can only suggest you contact your local tech support and they should be able to work with you and get you what you need.

Our customer's DCE was reinstalled to different server and they can't change the MAC adrress to old one. So they can't use their dce now. I need to enter the website. What should I do? Can we fasten this process?

Hi Erhan,
If you need to transfer license keys from one server to another, you will need to contact tech support. This is the case if the site is working or not. As it is, the site is still down so tech support will have to help just a little more than usual.

The dcimassets is still offline and will likely remain in this condition for at least a few more weeks. During this time you should continue to contact your local tech support team for assistance to redeem passcodes for licenses.
