dce 7.4.3 client and windows 10 compatibility

Is the DCE 7.4.3 client compatible with windows 10?  I recently upgraded my os to windows 10, when I went to reinstall the DCE client, the installation failed with the following error.

Yes, of course, DCE-client is fully compatible with MS Windows 10 (x86 and x64).

At me, for example, the DCE-client is normally installed on MS Windows 10 Home x64.

Please specify the full name of the installation file that you are trying to install in your MS Windows 10?
