I would first try downloading the Modbus DDF-file powerlogic_210.xml from the Device Support resource, that is, for device PowerLogic PM210:
Then you will need to import this DDF-file into DCE software and see if it will work properly.
If not, then on the above specified resource, you can immediately make a new device support request and after a while DDF-developers will contact you to specify the details and the time of completion of work.
