Hi,
Some Colo users are unable to see equipment in the Equipment Library although it has been added to the Genomes.
Logged in as a DCO user I can see it in the Equipment Library.

The difference may be if you're logging in as a tenant user vs a DCO user. DCO users should see the customized genome catalog which is visible in the DCO desktop client.
Tenant users see the master library shipped with DCO. They do not see the customized library which is maintained by the colo provider.

I agree with Greg, that per design tenant users can see the Genome Library, and may not have access to the customized Genomes which is owned and maintained by the colo provider. However you are most welcome to post a feature request here: Feature requests
