Hi Yaniv, Additional to Jesper's comments, It would also be useful to see screen capture(s) illustrating the error message/issue. I was also wondering if there have been any changes on the server recently (such as ssl certificate modification) ? You might want to try a different browser and or perhaps test it from another workstation? Kind regards

Hello Yaniv, Has your web browser received an upgrade recently? How are you trying to access the webmin page(I.E- manually entering the https://:10000 or from clicking on Configure Server button located at the DCO web page)? Thanks Victor

Hi Yaniv, It looks like the downloaded log files didn't complete. I am not able to see the server log files. Please try and download the log files again. Please notice that it can take up to 10 minutes to download all log files. Thanks Jesper

Hi Yaniv Can you confirm that you are using https and not http in the Webmin URL? Error messages "Failed to initialize SSL connection" in the miniserv.error log file indicate that Webmin has been accessed without SSL (http only). Unfortunately the Webmin setup does not redirect to https automatically. Also the miniserv.log file contains an entry that shows a request on the 18th of December 2015, so Webmin is running. Regards, Ulrik

Hello Yaniv, Has anyone modified or changed the SSL certificate on the server? I have seen similar issues when an SSL cert that does not fit the PEM format is uploaded to the server. Thanks Victor

Hi Yaniv Rozenbaum Just to be sure can you verify that the customer has a recent backup of the system. To verify this: Log in via SSH and check the /data/backup directory Or check the network share used for backups, if that has been set up. A backup can be performed immediately by using `sudo Platform.pm --command backup` if you are logged in with ssh. Thanks Jesper

Hi Yaniv Rozenbaum So it sounds like the server is still doing backup's which is great. We are working on a couple of ways to troubleshoot this issue. We are currently trying to reproduce the problem by doing the same upgrades which was done on the server you have. I will know the result of this test by tomorrow. Thanks Jesper

Hi Yaniv Rozenbaum Have you tried to restore the customer backup on another server? Would it be possible for you to test this? Preferable on the customers site, so we can ensure we test it in the same environment. Thanks Jesper

Hi Yaniv Rozenbaum We have now been able to reproduce the problem. The issue occur because of the upgrade path the customer followed. Somewhere along this upgrade path has webmin stopped working. The easiest and quickest way of fixing this would be to take the latest backup and restore it either on a new server or the same server. Webmin will work if the system get's restored from a backup. Would this solution work for the customer? Alternative will we need to look at some of the webmin log files to determine what is wrong. Please let me know which option would work for the customer. Thanks Jesper
