Is it possible to set up a 2nd IP interface in DCO Colo for the Tenant Portal? I assume the answer is no, but wanted to ask anyway. If not, is the only option to put the DCO server on a network accessible by their customers?

Here is documentation on setting up a proxy in the DMZ. I would likely defer to the customers' network or security team to ensure if matches their internal policies.

Thanks Jon!
I assumed that something like this was the answer, just didn't know we had documentation on it.
