Why doesnt device for "select device update" show on list

The NMC is V3.7.2 and I would like to upgrade card.  When I select upgrades and apply upgrade the device doesn't show on the device update list. The UPS is a smart-ups 3000XL

Hi Jan,

The SUMX app or the Smart-UPS / Matrix application is the most recent available NMC1 (AP9617/18/19) for the Smart-UPS in the StruxureWare DCE firmware catalog. I just downloaded the most recent and checked:

6.4.6 firmware is only available for the NMC2 cards (AP9630/31/35).

If there is a newer version, it may take a little time to get it into the catalog but until that is done, the only option would be to manually upgrade the cards. At this time however, that seems to be the most current available on the downloads page:
