Where to download DCO v8.3.2 Desktop Client

Hi Team,

 

I have recently upgraded customer DCO version to 8.3.2 but can't get desktop client.

 

I downloaded one available on the download but the application won't install.

 

Anywhere I can get this.

Hi Felix,

 

Apparently that might be network related, something in your environment (network policy, browser, antivirus, etc.) preventing you to download the installation file. A 0KB in file size, it means the file is basically empty! After a successful download, the expected file size should be 67427KB (for 64bits Windows desktop installer)

Hi Felix,

 

Log in to your DCO web-client, and the go to your user profile (top right menu) > Download and then select the 'Windows 64-bit' download option. That would download the installer.

Thank you for your prompt response.

 

I tried that but the file download doesn't install it actually 0kb in size. Both files 64 and 32bits windows file.

By the way what is the version of your Windows machine?

Hi Jef,

 

Thank you for the help, I have windows 10.

 

We found why we couldn't download the client, customer had restrictions on .exe files on their network.

 

Access was granted and I managed to download it.
