I am receiving the following server error when trying to update genomes in the DCO but I can't seem to find any information as to what is causing the problem. The error is "The server encountered errors. Consult the logs for more details."

Hi Krista,
If you are running an earlier version of DCO 8.x (maybe 8.2.0), then I would suggest upgrading the product to latest release (currently DCO 8.2.12). Latest release contains the genome updates as well.

I can't update to a later version as the Clustered servers are not supported. Eventually we will be able to upgrade and move to the disaster recovery node installation but not at this time.
