Hi Kenneth,

Many thanks for providing the data, specially the useful backup file. The master catalog appeared to be locked and therefore would not allow a manual update. Apparently there might have been some unsuccessful attempts sometime ago.

However, it is now unlocked and the "Fixed_...." backup file is ready for you to be downloaded from my box folder. After restoring this backup file, you should be able to apply your Genome updates.

Please let me know if you have questions or need instructions, thanks.

Kind regards

Hi Kenneth,

I've just tested Genome update on my 8.2 without any problem. I was wondering if it is possible to ask for the following data:

client application.log file (usually located in Win, C:\Users\\.isxo\8.2.xxx\Operations\application.log)

server logs, can be downloaded from webmin interface (StuxureWare DC Operation > Download Log Files > "Download log files")

and possibly a copy of the latest backup file

I will send you an invite to my =S= box shortly, in case if you would kindly share the data safely with me, thanks.

Kind regards
