Hello community,
I know, Schneider don´t support Hyper-V, but, my customer has all their virtualization running on Hyper-V and don´t want to buy vmware or migrate only for the DCE, in this case, customer has 7.2.4 and want to upgrade to the latest 7.5, off course, under a software contract, but, when tried to apply the upgrade, the server VM freeze after the first reboot, I made a test in my hyper-v test machine (a different installation) and the issue repeat (freeze at the same point), Tried in vmware and run perfect....
Any body knows what could be hapening?
Tank for your attention.

Is there an upgrade from 7.2.3 to 7.2.4 you can look at? Also, do you have the second drive of a large enough size (minimum 18GB)? I had this issue where 7.2.3 was 36GB on a single drive, and couldn't update, even after adding a drive. I had to scrap the whole thing an reinstall.

Hello Dustin and thanks for your time, in my simulation environment I only use the main disk at 18Gb, but in the customer´s environment they have 200Gb in the second drive, also, in the vmware-test I use a copy of the disk used in hyper-v test (18Gb) and upgrade from 7.2 to 7.2.1 to 7.2.2 to 7.2.4, the problem is from 7.2.4 to 7.2.5, by the way, my vmware use the disk in the same format of hyper-v .vhd ( not in the .vmdk) and upgrade perfect... I think the problem could be the use of the snapshots or saving status of hyper-v but I´m not experienced user in that... I continue searching for...
Thank you very much...
