Upgrade Path DCE

Hi,

 

I'm using DCE 7.4.1. This version is not exists in DCE upgrade path: https://dcimsupport.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006668237-DCE-update-path

 

How can i upgrade this version and what is maxium version which i can upgrade?

Hi,
You can get the upgrade link with valid DCE software support.

Do contact your local tech support and provide them the support contract details or DCE serial number for them to check as well as get details on upgrade steps.

DCE 7.4.1 can be upgraded, need several upgrades, to current DCE version DCE 7.8.0 .

Lastly, do backup before doing upgrade.

Call the tech support line during office hour, to get faster response.

https://www.apc.com/us/en/support/contact-us/

Change the link to the country you are located to get the tech support number.

You can refer to the case ID you received from the tech support email's auto response so they can refer to the case you already raised.

Hi @nqvan,

 

You'll need to update to DCE v7.4.3 then follow the path to the latest version, now 7.8.0.

Hi nqvan,

 

What country are you in and we can get you the correct support number, when you call them they will ask for proof of an up to date support contract for your DCE it's best to have this to hand.

 

If you don't have a valid support contract then it's best to contact sales or your account manager,
