Get the below error in log of DCE. We are currently running DCE 7.3.1 We updated our certificate and now our AD connection don't work and the below error is what happens in log every time we try to authenticate on AD.
Already have a case opened with Tech Support but though I ask here in case someone has seen this before.
2/19/16 08:12:22.590 ERRR - Cannot bind to LDAP server at "psnl.ca" with supplied DN and password

We were able to fix this. AD was not updated with new Root Authority that Struxurware was. We removed the old Root Authority on advice from certificate personnel. In talking with our AD personnel we figured out we need to add the old Root Authority back into Struxureware until AD is updated with the New Root Authority. Once we added the old Root Authority back into Struxureware all is working as it should. Thanks
